The only problem I have with this orthodontist is trying to make my final payment so I can get his braces off all my calls and messages go unanswered there was a problem with my auto pay the card expired made a payment after that gave my new card figured they would keep the new one on file so I have to figure out how to get this paid or find someone else to remove them which is not what I want to do because they have done a good job on both of my children

My sonβs experience with braces has been very positive in terms of results. However, I have experienced some ongoing concerns with the office that are similar to those other parents have mentioned. When attempting to advocate for my child, I have found some interactions to feel belittling. Additionally, the dental staff has often been dismissive and short in their communication, which does not create a welcoming or supportive environment. I have only had one brief interaction with Dr. Flynn, and she seemed kind and professional. That said, I believe there is room for improvement among the dental assistants in terms of kindness, attentiveness, and overall patient interaction. Another recurring issue has been difficulty making monthly payments. On multiple occasions when calling at the end of the month, I have reached voicemail. For example, on Friday, January 30th at 2:00 p.m., I called to make our monthly payment and received a voicemail stating the office was closed until Monday, without prior notice or explanation. Since Monday falls on February 2nd, this creates concern about being charged a late fee despite attempting to pay on time and expecting the office to be open during

Our experience with this office was very disappointing. My son is neurodivergent, and his needs were not acknowledged or accommodated during treatment. I was not allowed to accompany him to the back, and afterward he told me that the staff were mean to him and made him feel uncomfortable. As a parent, that is extremely upsettingβespecially knowing he had to deal with it alone. Several of my own interactions with the orthodontist felt dismissive and belittling, and when I tried to advocate for my son, my concerns were brushed off in a way that felt condescending. It was clear that patience, understanding, and flexibility were lacking. We have since moved to a different orthodontist who has been kind, supportive, and much more aware of how to work with neurodivergent children and their parents. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this office for families who need a compassionate and respectful environment.
